HOW IT ALL STARTED
When one of the local favorite Mexican restaurants closed at the end of 2022, the team—kitchen staff, wait staff, bar staff, management team—was devastated. They knew that they were producing some of best, freshest Mexican food in the region. Moreover, their customers were also deeply saddened, as there was no other Mexican food in town that had anywhere near the fresh, flavorful, Tex-Mex menu this team produced. Assistant Manager, James Daniel, encouraged by staff and customers, immediately explore the possibility of launching a new restaurant. After securing additional funding, James recovered his staff, and worked feverishly for weeks launch their new venture. "Being independent, we can now make decisions we think best, and most hospitable to our customers and staff, and not be bound by "company policy. We love the flexibility this new independence gives us."
